Everyone needs to start at some points, but trying to read this, it shows that you put zero effort...even with the "12 am motivation".
Because it's quite clear that you didn't even read what AI translated while putting it in the bubbles...or rather, you did read it, because you put up the note saying "crappy ai translation", so you knew.
And by the way, you could have spent the time and effort for writing that note into trying to somewhat proofread the ai slop......

Welp, to not clip your wings (if you truly want to try the scan/tl road), I'd suggest leaving this to the people already putting their top effort and, as said everywhere everytime, start with untranslated series or even oneshots....those 4-5 pages works still untouched that won't put any pressure and won't bring any wrath from the readers, giving you all the freedom of improving.

This has all the hallmarks of fully automated AI translation: missing text, random font size, same exact font everywhere, inconsistent text alignment and orientation, same stroke as every other fully automated program, broken English, etc.

You chucked all the pages into a program that did all the work for you. You did nothing.

Mangadex does not allow this type of upload FYI.

The quality was indeed low, but thanks for your effort! Lotsa people have a more negative opinion, but the way I see it, free is free. Shadow's scan, when released, will be good whether or not someone else releases a lower quality translation first.

If you want somewhere to try and improve your translation game without getting fury in the comments, try translating Twitter or Pixiv manga! That's a gold mine that we've hardly scratched the surface of, and people are a little more forgiving in those cases.
