The first one has the MC in love with his friends sister.
And the second one is the friend in love with his sisters friend.
Iirc the names are I fell in love with my friends sister/sister's friend.

The worst part, authors gonna stretch the shit out of premise of them loving each other but not actually doing any moves. When they will finally make a move it will be either the ending OR A NEW ARC FOR MAJOR DRAMA.

At this point this troupe is so cliche that you know how it will go with few chapters. Also authors main works are shoujo, when author is primarily shoujo I know 100% it's gonna be a pain to read for male adult public even though it's aimed at seinen demography.
It's takes real experience, research and brains to create a slice of life story about two lovers, it takes a mediocre author to copy-paste and insert frustrating and artificial drama to keep the viewers interested. To this day I can count on my fingers amount of mangas that have amazing slice of life story with romance. Where main cast does normal steps (not to long not to short) they date, they cover all bases and readers are enjoying 90% of fluff of real relationship without idiotic troupes.

I'm angry because demographics are seinen but this looks like shounen-shoujo mix.
