Hard to tell with the tiny font, but page 9 (on mangadex, based on the page numbers it seems to be 8), the disclaimer says something along the lines of "Let's maintain the proper use of medical devices. Absolutely do not use an AED on the head like Tenshi-chan."

Yes that is what this says. This chapter seems to have been done at a lower resolution than other chapters which made stuff harder.

There's a bit more personalization there too like basically implying Kanade is an airhead in the original Japanese.
