That's not the problem here. The problem is that the delinquent is an ACTUAL delinquent. He doesn't have any rules and he's just an overall disgusting human being. Also, I agree that anyone who's reckless and stupid enough to go and pick fights because of their lust for violence should be arrested regardless of their gender.
