I really like the color page illustrations. Nozomi's is perfect, a cage with an open door, meaning she's the only one keeping herself trapped. Shino's is either less on symbolism or just harder to interpret. I guess she's outside a cage and not trapped, wearing a dress because she wants to be more mature/adult, but she has no idea where she's going so she's just standing there with her lantern?.....
