I think you're expecting something from this that the author hasn't been intending to deliver for like half of the total run off this manga. If you didn't at least get by Akira that they wanted to do new genderbent girls in the setting, then that's on you big dog.

I'm guessing the name will either be Fuyuki or Mafuyu. Not too many names with fuyu in it that works as neuter but I suppose an alias could be in play again.
