anime you guys lowkey headcanon as happening in the 40k universe

as the title said. comment on an anime you guys could see reasonably be happening in the 40k universe (from any era of the lore).
I'll start with chrome shelled regios. I see it happening on mars during the age of strife. cause like, the anime straights up has machine spirits who are in part responsible for the functioning of the cities. plus the energy the humans use in this setting to power their weapon could be interpreted as psychik power (something which all humans have due to having a soul).
(haven't finished the anime yet and its mostly kind of a headcanon I have cause I lowkey really want to like said anime but it's just missing one or two things to really make me like it, so I attach it to a setting I like)

Ah, that series. I only read Lost Mail, and by coincidence it was around the time I was in my Freshman year in college.

Girls und Panzer. I don't know how else to explain the School Ships and the Carbon Coating that keeps kids safe from live tank rounds yet isn't air-tight to keep them from drowning should the tank be submerged. I believe the name for the best fitting era would be the Age of Technology? I dunno, somewhere really early on in humanity's technological ascension before the GEoM reveals himself and unifies mankind, before Technobarbarians and Men of Iron become a thing.

I think you're refering more to the early very early dark age of technology, which is the period where humanity was begining to colonize the stars but before they managed to create their first STC and more impresive stuff. that being said, given how the emperor has according to myths, always existed since the first humans, do you think any of the characters in Girls Und Panzer could be the emperor in disguise ?

Pretty sure Dark Age of Tech refers specifically to a time after the Men of Iron (A.K.A Artificially Intelligent Robots) revolt where man's understanding of technology has degraded, forcing them to rely on STCs to make anything, but it would be REALLY hilarious if the God Emperor of Mankind was Katyusha all along. I'm too tired to come up with a flimsy justification for her being the reincarnation of all those Psykers to lead humanity against the forces of Chaos and Aliens, but the notion of it is too absurd to not laugh at.

Yukari's suspiciously great knowledge of history and armored warfare and her stealth skills could make her a great candidate, but it feels obligatory to bring her up nowadays in any GUP conversation so I'll write her off by default (even though she's how I got into the series years ago). There's also the fact that her parents are alive and clearly present in her life, I don't see the Big E maintaining a facade of a family and dependence every few generations.

I'll wager Mako is the GEoM despite having a still living elder in her life (that being her grandma) because of how tired and disinterested she seems to be usually while still making for a decent driver. GEoM is a man though, so that would make Mako a trap (she's flat, so little effort is required, hairstyle is similar too now that I think about it...)

I mean, depending on your sources, he's not even this 30ft tall golden armored giant but just a regualr man. so really, the Emperor can appear to look like whoever he wants to if he pleases. besides, the thing about shapeshifter, is I don't really see those types of characters as having a strong gender identity or stuff like that, so who knows, he may hvae been a woman a few milenias ago (okay comissiar, I'll take the bullet for that one).
