Mitsuki is likely sitting down on a stool (common in Japanese bathrooms), which is why Anzu appears taller in the last panel. Anzu is usually depicted an entire head shorter than Mitsuki, although that's sometimes adjusted for framing purposes, like in the next chapter. Since Anzu's often given chibi attributes, and reminds Mitsuki of a Pomeranian in this chapter, Anzu's definitely short. Very short. Mitsuki's probably average height.
