Seo-sensei knows we eat this slop right up every time, so much so that he makes his own in-jokes and references (truck-kun constant cameo in Cafe Goddesses, lol). I'm like cool with it, he's in on the joke - enjoy the slop and have a good time with it, right?

UPDATE: up to chapter 15 and this is sooo good - it's funny and engaging! I'm really glad Seo-sensei is doing this stuff now instead of the over-the-top melodrama, hitting everyone with trucks and the tears of jilted love-triangles.

Yeah, I skipped various mangas of his because I'm not in the headspace to read a telenovela. This one is just an oldschool romcom very on the joke. It has funny moments, all characters are likeable, no standard Pussy McVirgin MC whatsoever. Nothing revolutionary, but enjoyable.
