She did refer to the ghost as SHE as well.

This story is so braindead...sigh. It'd be one thing if the conversation was related to the fight. And another if they were acting like the fight was trivial. But to have a character show concern about the fight, yet still spend his effort chatting about other topics...it's just not possible to take any of this seriously. And yet, it's not presented as a comedy.
