I hate how low his self-esteem was. I know he had a trauma or whatever, but the fact that he just surrender and just half-hearted every single thing that he did just iritates me.
I understand that there is people like that. Trust me, i do. But the fact that he didn't even put up a fight, he isn't shown to show the slightest bit of anger or frustration just makes the whole thing unenjoyable to me.
Once again, i do understand having a low self-esteem, i am one afterall, i can't help but to just follow what people told me and stuff like that just because i don't believe i could do anything. But the main character here is just an entirely spineless husk of a man. He didn't have any like believe or personal phylosophy or anything.
Reading this manga just iritates me, probably because he is portrayed to be this pathetic spineless guy who couldn't even stand up for himself didn't do it any justice.
I get where the author is trying to go with this story, i get what the author is trying to portray, i get what they're trying to convey. But just watching the MC of this story being dragged around by his students while he didn't even put up a fight even tough he is supposedly this almighty and all powerfull magician just pains me. The bit where he is being accused for some shit by the alchwmy teacher and just accept that shit without any fight just pains me truly. Like man, at the very least, try to portray that he tried to do something, maybe he could try to fight the acusations and just lost. I'm fine with that. But NO, he just stood there, silently, even going along with the shit that is happening and just insults the monster girl.
