The manga which I read is a dark fantasy one which involved a dwarf-like peoples living in a huge library and spending their life reading books from the other world. One fateful day a king of the country ordered his army to kill the entire population and leaving the surviving dwarf children, a sister and brother, who escaped from the massacre. one of them, the boy, becomes the MC of the manga while the other got caught by the king's army. The MC swore to take revenge to the king and striving out to the world. It hasn't much in english translated chapters but has many in russian language.
