can't remember the name. It was about two doctors at the same hospital that dealt with patients who were dying and there was no hope. They had different views and disagreed with the other. One would talk to his patients about their chances and try to help them to prepare for their eventual death. The other would talk to his patients about having hope no matter what the chances are. The one that was probably more honest was getting in trouble with the hospital admin and the other doctor since he talked to the patients about the odds.

nope that's not it, thanks for looking for it. It seemed like it was mainly going to be about how doctors and people deal with dying. What I read was hitting upon do you encourage hope even when it doesn't seem like there is reason to have hope or do you confront the truth and spend your time living what you have left and preparing for the end.
