Anyone know what “content” criteria exactly there is for uploading chapter scans? (New user)

Tried to upload a few chapters of this webtoon called Brainsaw that I read often hoping to build a dedicated group of readers in order to one day and possibly get different language scans for it so everyone around the world can enjoy but it was rejected by moderators for some reason. I asked for further information on why is was rejected but wasn’t given any useful information other then it violated rule (1.1). The rule is kinda vague in terms and left me confused on what exactly are the moderators “criteria”.

I’m new here and barely a week old lol but if anyone can help me out and provide with useful information on what I have to do to be able to upload chapters I would deeply appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

[*]#1: Mangadex is not the best place to upload User Created titles

Rule 1.1 Only manga, manhwa, manhua, or doujinshi and webcomics of the aforementioned categories are allowed. Exceptions can be made, but contact staff beforehand.

meaning, exceptions can be made for user created/original series, but it's not a common thing since the main purpose of the site is for scanlation/translation

[*]#3: Support forum seems more like an appropriate place for this kind of question.

[*]#4: For User created titles you need to dm one of the mods before uploading, then it gets voted on by staff with the criteria of "does it match the content on the site in style/quality".

Since your chapters got rejected > style/quality is not good enough for the staff to accept. Improve if you want it on MD (?).

#1. Yeah one of the mods said the same thing but the thing is I didn’t make it so it can’t be a “user created title”. I don’t own the webtoon I’m just a fan who wants to upload chapters of it onto this site for others.

#4. I didn’t make this webtoon though. Also art is completely subjective I don’t get why it would need to “match” other content when all art is different and varies greatly between hundreds of styles. That kind of seems like a bs excuse imo especially considering that the original one punch man webcomic is on this site lol. (If you don’t know it looks rough in terms of quality very rough 😬) Heard the story was good tho idk.
