Anyone remember this manga's name?

1st chapter Mc gets involved in a case where his childhood friend gets murdered by their double personality teacher. She then haunts him as his mysterious silent ghost companion.

The story is then the two experiencing weird horror and scifi stories, each usually finishing per chapter. Has a moderate amount of gore.
Mc gets nosebleeds a lot when encountering paranormal stuff.

Includes other characters like Dark Idol, scumbag female club prez, Stalker murderer. Author draws herself in the extra pages as a a curly hair, hatted women with runny nose.
