Kin no Kanojo, Gin no Kanojo. It’s a really enjoyable read. It’s about a perverted yet charming confident male mc who falls in love with two girls who are replicas of each other but with diffrent personalities. There’s boobs there’s some jealousy, some nice character moments, and romance. It also ends with

so is there any good romance manga with confident perverted male mc and a love triangle the replica part doesn’t have to be included.

I would say that most of manga mcs are perverted but i guess it depends.
I'm a little old so i'm not sure if my recommendation will be liked by zoomers.
Honeymoon Salad is quite good.

@Jackone, I don't remember anything like Kin no Kanojo, Gin no Kanojo. And that was funny to read.

Nonetheless I enjoyed following manga that i think are somehow similar:

https://mangadex.org/title/41732/shitai-no-karen-san - MC can see ghost, and ghost have to f*** him to ascend to heaven. In his new job he meets ghost possessing her original body. Triangle is very weak till the very last chapter. It's bordering hentai. This manga is completed.

@LowSanity I’ll try the second one but I don’t reallly like love Hina from what I’ve seen it’s very ohhh mc gets in a romantic sitaution but he is very shy nice like maybe too nice not confident and nose bleedy and it doesn’t progress any further till like the last chapters. Thx
