is this going to be one of those stories where the mc is too much of a pussy to hurt anyone. I mean seriously what's the issue with just winning the duel like normal, just knock the dude out right away then there is no problem. I really hope we get a reason for the mc acting so meek soon because it's annoying me.

Well it's understandable, you gotta lose to avoid problems if you won, but it may not be satisfying for some cause they want him to get hurt, and he doesn't wanna lose to a loser (probably his main reason) so might as well get it over with a win
