For Kengo’s formation, i dont see it as a real formation since it’s sacrificing the flanks. I could see it as a 4-2-4 but the midfield can get overwhelmed by formation like 4-3-3. When attacking, the most optimal formation I could see is a 3-2-1-4/3-3-4.
For Moriya’s formation, its a more defensive setup of the 4-3-3. I agree with his formation especially with Kuribayashi as a false 9 since i see him more of a play maker.
Over all i agree more with Moriya’s line up
