I was wondering about the kanji For the name, and what it meant, especially if ashi was intended to be foot or not. This was all for a silly joke about akutsu and ashito fitting together (Kutsu means shoe and ashi means foot) and all their interactions were just basically a long drawn out meet cute. I know the kanji didn’t make sense but it’s interesting to know why the mangaka chose to go with katakana instead (maybe for the play on words)p and meaning?) anyway thanks for the translation!
