@gintamacountry maybe you are right but according to me defense in football is something in which unless you constantly try to deal with your problems on the field itself,you can't achieve anything by only trying to solve it by theory.Completely my personal opinion based off my own playing,I don't have that much of exprience to understand which one is better.
