"he just want to be a professional" yeah yeah that's probably why he beat up Aoi two times already and trashtalk absolutely everybody like he is the best player in the world. Being good at something and making effort to achieve a dream is no excuse for those kind of agressive and criminal behaviour on younger person. We all know that if Fukuda knew about this he would be kicked out already. Kaneda Akinori from chapter 5 wasn't selected because of his rough attitude unbefitting of a football player.

All of this to say that you can like it however you want he is still a trash character and that's how he is supposed to be.

I like they keep hinting how observant and aware of his surroundings aoi is. Once he polishes his basics, theres gonna be a massive immediate leap in his level due his vision and ability to read the game
