The only reason players should be here is merit. Best of the best. They've trained their whole lives for this and are betting their futures on this. It is only natural for them to be mad. Furious, even. That's even disregarding the competitive aspect of it. It's totally different from casual play. You can't just brush it off, saying, "why are they being such assholes, help him improve!" They have no time to teach someone who can't understand something basic when they themselves are trying to learn and improve. Again, this isn't "toxic masculinity," or "passive aggressiveness," it's just what happens when you and everyone else is getting dragged down by dead weight in a tense situation.
