I think it's clear already to everyone that all Akutsu wants is a high-disiplined player who have a professional's mindset. Since Aoi is a spoiled country bumpkin, it's very obvious that he will be targeted like no tomorrow

Has Akutsu ever been shown to have actual respect from his teammates? They seem to just tolerate him for his skill. There are ceilings for people who constantly bully teammates. If you’re gonna demand the best from teammates then you need charisma. For example someone like Michael Jordan was extremely abusive to his teammates, but they followed him because of his charisma as a leader, not merely some guy who threatens those with less experience or skill. This is of course ultimately the coaches’ responsibility.
