It's probably not the case and/or not likely to happen, but considering how close that one lady and Lucifer are, I'm half expecting to see something of a repeat as with Satan and Yuri. Not that it'll play out the same toxic and destructive way, but perhaps still along the lines of either they had a kid, or she's preggo with said kid.

Given the glimpse of a kid that we see near the end, chances are it's probably just another Lucifer clone, but depending on how things unfold they could go the route I mentioned above.
