So, you can't welcome her because she was traumatized by your little sister after she disgraced both of them and lost them nationals in front of everyone? I understand that there's some nepotism involved, but holy crap are your values screwed.

MC design remind me of Hanesaki Ayano.
the premise felt the same at first. instead of Badminton, it's Tennis.

She was hospitalized before school started...
Is this going to be Your Lie in April but tennis? I can already see Kanon inspiring Aoba to play again only to leave her behind at the very end.

Looks good, I can see that this is the type of manga that would really get my heart going. From hopeless to hopeful is the kind of story I'm looking for.

Why is this currently labeled oneshot? It states "new series" on second page, and last page has "to be continued" (and when they eventually correct this, people are going to be confused by my comment :haa: )
It's now fixed! People are gonna be confused for a bit indeed.

The logic doesn't really make much sense to me for why she's upset at her for "abandoning tennis". Her friend implied they were in the same middle school tennis club, so maybe something else happened too, but still.

Her little sister chose to abandon Aoba in the middle of the finals and got them DQ'd, then Aoba quit (from summer of her 2nd year in junior high, to the beginning of her first year of high school), and then came back once she got a new partner and got motivated. Her little sister didn't really give Aoba much of a choice, and its not like she quit in a shameful way like her partner
