It's spelled "awesome". I thought we agreed on that."This child is... a bit peculiar."
Ah the land of freedom. Even in fiction, it does not changed
All FOG ship have a Klein Fields, that's why human conventional weapon doesn't work on them.Vampire is having a blast with this XD.
I forgot... does Vampire have a Klein field? I remember that ships bellow a certain class actually don't have a klein field generator, nanomaterial is still hard as fuck to damage but more phiseable without one of that, anyway i digress... when Haruna had to figth with only her mental model, being heavy cruiser, she still could deploy a field even just as a mental model... and she solo wiped the japanese army.
Vampire didn't have a mental model, she got one when Repulse shared her processing power, but her MM then was pretty rigid., then Yamato gave her a little more, which is why we have this awesome gremlin now, but i dont think she can use the field.
Considering the US was able to keep a lot of the industry up, if what we saw the JP army having, they must have even greater toys, a klein field now would be great.
After reflecting a little, I could say that this is US being US... but the Japanese government did the same, and they went full broke and killed the 401 crew copies, which again... not surprising.
She does. IIRC only torpedo boats, planes and maybe those tiny subs Zordan used don't have KF. Not sure about mini subs though.Vampire is having a blast with this XD.

I forget, but didn't the humans actually win against the planes, which is why the Fog carriers don't act like carriers? She does. IIRC only torpedo boats, planes and maybe those tiny subs Zordan used don't have KF. Not sure about mini subs though.
They did. It was explained by 402 and Zuikaku that planes were too small to have Klein fields, and as Fog ships were dumb back then, their planes were easily taken out. All carriers since then had converted their planes into whatever they used to become area suppression vessels with likely only the I-400 sisters maintained theirs. Though I think Iona lost all her seaplanes fighting Kongou as she could not retrieve them.I forget, but didn't the humans actually win against the planes, which is why the Fog carriers don't act like carriers?
which proved useful to them as proven by Shinano's uber stupid reflector bits/funnels.They did. While I doubt that other carriers could be on the same level of Shinano, who should logically possess the core and power of a superbattleship, we did see a bit of Lexington. Let's just say she'd give Maya the best carnival ever. Assuming CVs controlled planes with their own cores, their processing power is divided into multiple smaller pieces. We saw that in Iona's fight against Kongou as she let the crew controlled parts of her system, freeing up more power for other parts. Now, if CVs are converted into, say, missile farms, that will be real horrors.which proved useful to them as proven by Shinano's uber stupid reflector bits/funnels.
we haven't seen any other suppressive carriers do their job in the battlefield and everyone's already goddamn terrified if they do join the fray which tells a lot that. Changing roles clearly benefitted them a lot.
iirc, they've already alluded that they're worst than missile farms so with that freed space for hangars, planes and the like, I'm anticipating that they're bonkers with probably nukes and/or miniture gravity cannons in massive quantity......... Like if the Strike Freedom with the M.E.T.E.O.R. unit. While I doubt that other carriers could be on the same level of Shinano, who should logically possess the core and power of a superbattleship, we did see a bit of Lexington.
