Sure, they can pull apart bullets and see that there's explosive powder inside, and see the casings and bullets separately, dismantle the guns... but how do they produce them to within the strict specifications required to get the seals and accuracy? They can't. Not without a very big technological leap forward. At best they could simulate it with much worse copies, which Mynoghra could just wipe out, if need be.
You're underestimating humanity. I'll give 50 to 100 years for it to be reverse engineer. It's very stupid to sell guns when you can just colonize them using it to get their resources without exposing your technology to get stolen. The MC is very stupid. Their power is just plot armor. Their power doesn't make any sense

I'm not underestimating humanity at all. We're talking major massive gaps in technology, that they don't even have the ability to understand what the composition of the materials are. If they had some means of equalizing technology, or a robust ability to break things down to their elemental components and a scientific background to then understand them, they could possibly get something approximating them... but like I said, they won't be able to replicate them due to the strict material and machining specifications required; only simulate with much worse copies, which Mynoghra could just wipe out, if need be.

Magic exists on their world. It will not be surprising if people with same ability as the MC exists. It's really very stupid sell guns.

The old Might and Magic universe has synthetic killer androids (angels), aliens (devils), guns, microwaves, lasers, a 3d printer that can print said guns and all sorts of anachronistic and sci-fi tomfoolery, so your comparison is actually more apt for this manga than detracting from it. Although in my mind Mynoghra suits a setting like Dominions better.
There is no singular m&m universe, dont pretent like you played it zoomie

The old New World Computing games definitely had a shared universe. I mainly played the Enroth games (M&M 6-8 and HoMM 2-3) but they share the same universe as the ones before them even though the earlier games are set on different planets. The Ubisoft and later ones are definitely in their own universes. Hence the use of the word 'old'.
