Thanks. I actually read that one already and yet I missed it.

It's not too different from the first one I linked since we see the dude there too (albeit only from the side).
And in the second one the guy was just faking it and didn't actually have amnesia like the other boys.

So I'm leaning more towards the idea that it's not actually one amnesiac boy and a harem of sudden girlfriends if this were actually a series, it's a more episodic series like Setting Things Straight With Brats where it's a different pair every time.
