I wonder whether this was a fan translation or the official one. I'm reading the official translation, but it seems... idk, kinda wonk. Was interested in seeing whether the fans did a better job of it.

Morally obsolete. While GITS, even the old one, had exciting stories, this one has only weak action with a cyberpunk flavor.
