That Guy also looked like her father, but i guess there happened something related to her retiring as Idol.. and considering it was related to a man in close contact with a woman (or maybe specifically related to the mother, since they chose to show that moment) it's obvious what it could be, especially since Idol Industry in Manga/Anime is known for those sketchy dealings like "you have to use your body to be successful"..

Guess she really does carry some sort of trauma

LOL i hear some schools don't let teens have part time jobs but even for ones that do, you'd think most places hiring (unless they'e super understaffed or are booked for all of the weekend, there'd be a 'limit' to how long a minor could work for)

Other than it being a 'natural death'/over drinking, and her not being taken away by anyone idk if she would've gotten rid of the body versus reporting it b/c just like leaving it, decomposition aside would prolly bring suspicion onto her too, tho idk how many cases there are of kids finally snapping and attacking their parents

Considering he kept her idol dress? up on 'display' or so maybe he was one of those parents that pushed her into the fame industry or so to try to make money bc while she she talks her father to that girl, it's not as if she's over the top hostile when she's actually at home (although while not to the extreme points of faking scars, i wouldn't put it past a teen to complain about parents and being like "It's practically abuse!" but the friends are aware we're blowing off steam versus "Hey this story sounds really fucked up i should call the cops/cps on their family")

So, I guess that Rinon's father and mom fell in love back when the mom was an idol then they had Rinon. Rinon tried to follow in her mom's footsteps but didn't like the attention she was getting from her dad because he probably saw her as her mother. This made her uncomfortable to the point she quit and tries to find the attention/praise she would have received as an idol from peers/strangers. I'm assuming her mom was an idol because it said 1st gen on the phone and I'm not sure how this story defines the term 1st gen idol.

It could be that her dad is actually fine (like is a good dad or tried his best etc) but that she suffered abuse from her time as an idol from someone who bears a resemblance to her dad, so any time she sees her dad being affectionate with her mum she instead sees her abuser, hence her projection. what would make it worse is her dad is clearly proud of her idol career but for Rinon it's a reminder of a really bad time, so she internalises those reminders as abuse.

I do wonder. Furutsuji does have an actual abusive household. I thought she'd be afraid when Rinon got really angry and shouted at her, but I guess what I thought previously stands in a way? She might be reveling in the fact that Rinon is going through some type of pain she can observe. The fact that she gets excited though... I guess she really does enjoy it that much, huh?
Furutsuji really is beyond saving. I can't wait to see what she'll do next.

Edit: Thinking about it while collecting panels for my manga panels folder, I wonder what she's saving up for actually?

Unless that's her mother, maybe father used Rinon career as idol to prey on her fans and suffering from keeping this a secret and living with him. Or...

Someone here said that her mom could be the idol, so maybe she found out that her dad impregnated her mother while she was still a minor. That's would explain why she was uncomfortable with that outfit her dad was keeping in the first chapter. Dad is probably seeing her in a sexual way.
