@Moonrabbit They don't have a "right" to upload edited chapters "under author name" for any reason, so if you're gonna go after it with that kind of logic nobody should scanlate manga at all, since fan scanlations themselves are a huge grey area that people basically just get away with because few mangaka try to take legal action about it.
Now obviously, the site still has standards of quality and accuracy that we prefer people stick to regardless of what "rights" they might have, but joke chapters being allowed on a particular day have precedence going back years on batoto. And if you aren't sure what day it is... they gotcha.
