Now that the series is licensed that's the official English title, per the TL's note at the end. And for better or worse (I lean towards better most of the time), MD prefers to use the official licensed title when there is one.

It is a bit odd, maybe the localizers/publishers wouldn't think the audience would want 'bouquet for an ugly girl' as a title (tho that's more accurate to the JP ver although i still think she's just more 'plain' but i do vaguely remember ppl criticizing some localizers and AI replacing them or so or maybe the original author did it to sound 'fancy' b/c i've seen some Japanese song MVs on YT where the 'official' English title is way diff from the actual title)
