In his case, I would advise Uguisu to be more aggressive in his attempts. He won't understand hints he's always been surrounded by girls like that. For him, they're acting like they always have.

I don't think it's that Tabata shows a lack of interest. Really she shows a lot of interest, except she also intersperses that with unpredictable behavior due to her anxiety. The end result is she's really interesting to watch, for us as well as Ueno
