So far it has 28 chapters released, but only 22 are translated. It's been 3 months since last update on MD, so if someone (wink wink) would be willing to pick it up, that would be awesome.

Also voicing my support to see Mashiro-chan Wants To Do It get more love and attention. Every character is excellent, and it looks like Mashiro's persistent bisexuality might actually be making in-roads into Ema's brain, however gradually.
