Page 24 has also translation issue.
It shouldn't be "Like the incredible Golem that Miledi-san fought", as it was Miledi who was using the Golem and was fighting against Hajime.

Instead of "fought", it should be either "fought with" or "had".
Or some other form of sentencing which denotes that it was Miledi who was using that Golem.
You're right, thanks for pointing it out. I fixed it. I actually speak Spanish and I'm learning English. I use a translator to help me when I get stuck, but I'm learning little by little. Thanks and sorry, lol.

It's awesome we actually get to see this part, instead of it just being glossed over and happening offscreen like the anime did it.

Also RIP boob missile.

Did this happen this way in the novel too? For some reason I remember it differently, like he merged her body with the body of the angel and not replaced it?

What I really want is a manga adaptation of the after story and abyssgate shenanigans, sadly I doubt this manga will last that long.

What's the point of coming back if you're not you?
Bruh, did you read any of her dialogue? lol
She wants a new body because her current human body is weak af when compared to everyone else on Nagumo's team.
Her body was fully healed, so they keep her in a cryo-stasis-like state in Nagumo's inventory, so she can swap back whenever she wants to.

Yeah, this happened in the novel. Her real body is stored in his inventory. Don't know if its one-to-one but Noint's and Kaori's body are separate.

I ... I don't understand where the story is going. Soul magic is a thing now? I guess this dude is about to become a god in this world or something.

"Lol, bro," yes, I read the dialogue. My question still stands. What's the point of continuing your life if you lose yourself? You're saying that if you woke up in someone else's used body and not your own, you'd be totally cool with it? Maybe some people want to possess another person to make up for their own weaknesses, but for me, if it ain't my body, might as well stay dead.

Yeah, but in the end... her body is stored and preserved so Kaori can use it again when they return to their original world.

Nice selective reading. I told you that her body is healed and available for her to transfer back into whenever she wants. She hasn't lost anything. This also what she wants. Like how you would rather stay dead, Kaori would rather come back in a temporary stronger body to help Nagumo.

She rejects her humanity! Definitely gonna be an interesting body-swap, though, especially if the soul of that thing ends up in her "inferior" body!
Thanks for the translations, I hope that necrophiliac gets the bullet next time around!

I didn't selectively read. I'm fully aware that her body is readily available. Honestly, that makes it worse, because she gets to continue with the knowledge that her body is just a lifeless corpse while she is possessing a completely unfamiliar body. I understand the desire for strength, but my original question still stands: What's the point if you're not you?

My opinion is that while she can, in the long run especially when fighting another Apostles, she's as good as dead.

In the fight between Hajime and Noint, Apostles have one of the most OP ability; Disintegration. Basically reduce any matters to atoms, no matter how tough or dense they are.

Putting Cybernetic or Golem Kaori and kiss her life goodbye as the Apostles disintegrate her body and thus her soul gone. So putting her inside Noint's body in theory would give her total immunity to Disintegration ability. Tho, there's a downside that I wil not spoil it.
No, please do. I’ve been thinking of nothing but downsides to this so actually knowing what is going to happen will give me some relief.

Also, I would agree with you on the disintegration thing if it wasn’t for the fact that none of the MC’s entourage are disintegration-proof. Saying she’d get disintegrated even if upgraded means that everyone else can suffer the same fate potentially if the author chose to do so.

to kill a god you must become one.

or at least a half-god (demi-god).

The point is that she'll be able to actually do SOMETHING and not feel like an absolutely useless DEAD WEIGHT on the team. Look, I respect your view on this, but at this point, its just making you completely miss the very obvious point, lol.

If she came back in her original body, she'll just end up in the exact same situation down the line when they confront Freid and his lackeys. They're strong, as they also have ancient magic. A regular human wouldn't be able to do jackshit. The idea of staying in your original body just because it's your original body, only to be useless and fucking die again, causing potential team wipes/bad guys escaping vs going into an unbelievably stronger body while your original body has its time completely frozen to be kept for returning into...its pretty damn obvious what the choice would be if any isekai'd character had to pick.

I for one, would gladly move my soul to another body if it meant it was a direct upgrade from the current me in every aspect. Not like theres anything special about the current me. Though, I understand others wouldn't want that, since there already exists that one condition where people don't feel like their body is theirs or something, Idk, not a medical person, lol. Someone probably knows what I'm talking about.

Didn't mean to make you so angry with this. My point simply is that, psychologically (which this series has a tendency to explore) this doesn't seem like a good idea. I guess we'll see what happens, but I have a feeling that my question will be an important one down the line as this plan backfires in some way.
