are these chapter cut official or the translator did it? it feel so abrupt it should be illegal.

The publisher chops them up. If they had and stuck to any sort of schedule, we may have considered waiting for full chapters but sometimes its 2 months in-between 10 pages released. Not great, but we deal with what we're given I suppose

I think same way with you somehow this manga's art style looks weird than before.
