@mahten Shia has body enhancement magic combined with a natural strengthening by her race (bunnymen are insanely strong as demihumans, but until hajime got involved they wouldn't hurt a fly), so basically shia was already superhuman physically due to her racial traits, but combine that with her insanely gifted body strengthening magic and massive magic pool and physically, shia is second only to hajime (excluding maybe tio in dragon form)
This becomes alot more obvious later in the story, when shia essentially takes on the majority of the emperor's elite guard by herself

As for yue, it's not really fair to compare yue to anyone else, yue is the strongest magic user in the group, as such anyone who's played a typical rpg will know, the wizard is squishy but can unleash some insane amounts of damage.
Tio is somewhat of a mix of shia and yue, outside of dragon form yue and shia are stronger in their respective traits, but tio is close to both of them in capability, dragon form tio is probably the only one who could actually challenge hajime in a fight though, not that she could win but hajime is in a league of his own.
As for hajime, like i said hajime is in a league of his own, it's been a while since i read the ln but i believe where shia was in 6k in most stats, hajime was 23k so that should say enough.
Oh and to the person who said that they shouldn't be barefoot or they might get a life ending infection, besides the fact that magic is in play in this world, in reality medeval times did have ways to treat infection, they would just seem pretty archaic to us, such as burning the infection out of a wound, generally speaking a infection at a home was far less dangerous than one on the battlefield, where you couldn't exactly heat up a hot iron and spend days laid up in a bed getting treatment.
@WeebSensei this chapter is at the beginning of Vol 4 of the LN..which is available to buy in English..and the manga no show the special abilities of the girls..which makes there stats make more sense

Previously we learned that status cards come as blanks and after coming in contact with blood it gets bound to that person, showing stats etc.
So why is getting cards for those without people seeing the info an issue?
Secondly, how will they use them as identification without the person seeing their stats, invalidating all the secrecy to begin with?
The least I can say is that I like this MC on his position as a male. Hes not a beta cuck, as he has Yue, but also isnt a thristy mofo that tries to add everything with boobs to his harem. Rather, he is doing his best to stay faithul even when women try to grab him by the balls. Hes gonna give in at some point, but hes not just giving on to lust off the bat. 40 chapters in and he still only has fucked one loli.
