I really want to know the story behind Texas and lappland relationship before joined respective faction

@kryz The latest event seems to imply Texas is a forma italian mafia member and Lappland is still one, likely both were part of the same group beforehand.
I know others have said that Lappland isn't happy with the current Texas and wants her to go back to how she was in the past but I'm not 100% where they were getting that from.
