This is nice. The MC is at least savvy with the happenstance surrounding himself and the heroine(?), and the generational gap in between them makes for a very fun yet nostalgic interaction. Thanks for picking this up!

That's kinda the joke here. He dreams of having a slow life. Is he gonna get it? Hell nah, the Gods wanna see themselves some human suffering and angst.

Also, the translation of that title is too convoluted. How about "Do Middle-Aged Uncles Dream of A Slow Life?" instead?

There's no "Harem" tag on this title. And MC is not OP. While he does have a good skill, it's been an absolute grind-fest for both him and the girl.

Also, spoiler alert, but... the girl's "friends" (read as: Most Popular Boy and Girl) were turned into zombies and subsequently killed. So we have that deviation from the typical trope of them being around forever and ever to be an absolute nuisance and pains in the ass.

Worth the read if you're fine with ultraviolence. The banter is sharp and snarky (the girl keeps accusing MC of being chuni), and the the art, while a bit on the sketchy side, is good. The mangaka is not afraid of drawing nipples, so there's plenty of fanservice, too.

I wouldn't go as far as to say you can turn you brain off, though, because there's quite a bit of talk about stats, skills, and leveling up. It seems like the world building is pretty well done so far.

The only real qualm I have about this is that it looks like the entire focus of the story is going to be just getting out of the dungeon, but I'm not 100% sure about that.
