But demons saw how juicy would it be to corrupt him, AMD staked their claim. They marked him and said "This dude is ours. Try to change that and we'll visit Hell on you"

Though honestly that doesn't feel enough. I'm betting on fate/destiny shenanigans. MC is way too unlucky.

Also as old man stated there are multiple ways to use magic, MC cant use natural magic, but we didn't saw him trying other ways of using magic. So I don't think setting is that weird for MC to not be able to use natural magic, but I would like author to explore why he didn't try other ways of using magic.

With the way he refer to natural magic as just "magic", my bet is that it's simply he (or the majority of humanity) doesn't know. There's necromancy among other magics so I guess the top brass keeps people in the dark purposefully. Burning records so they won't appear in school, or even in a noble's house.

This is not the case, as you will discover in the later chapters. at least for spritualism magic
