THIS is amazing. It gives you a taste of a human remy from ratatoille. It is surprisingly a feel good read. The food looks amazing too. I love the lil apartment complex he gets to stay at.
Hopefully this series get more attention

In the first page of chapter 0.1, that's the pairings of this manga right?
Finally a gay couple as main characters outside of shounen ai and yaoi (i hope)

ughhhh idk if this is a joke since there's no tone indicator, i mentioned on a page before the comic started that volume 0 is a doujinshi, i know there's a lot of bl (esp r18 stuff) sold as doujinshi, but doujinshi doesn't mean bl, it refers to self publication, it's like a fanfiction that the mangaka did, but it wasn't sold by her publishers, it was available to buy in her pixiv both, 1st page from the book even mentions that the contents don't have anything to do with the main story. there's gay people in this manga, and the author might be a lesbian herself (don't take it too highly, i'm not 100% sure, nor do i care), but this is not a bl, yann and lucas aren't canon, neither marco and gilbert, this is a slice of life in paris with some mentions about cooking (it has cohabitation, mentions of other arts like painting or music production, heck there's a whole arc about manga, this isn't like food wars), and the manga starts with volume 1, if you want a culinary bl i think the author of ooku has an ongoing one

This is a series I've quickly fallen in love with. Not only is the art beautiful it's fully utilized to develop characters via facial expressions/body language rather than characters being developed wholly by dialogue.

The cast of characters is colourful and numerous, but each character is wonderfully distinct in personality, eccentricities, and character arc. And several characters HAVE their own character arcs!

I can read about the struggles of the characters and relate to them without being Overwhelmed by emotion which sets a somewhat easy to read tone. The well placed humor contributes to this as well.
