Bro literally just has the one picture of his waifu always on his phone, it's not even a lock screen or a background, it's literally just an image he always has pulled up.

Wonder if there's going to be some callback later to the fact that he was wearing a shirt with his waifu that "looks just like her" right in front of her.

Also damn, that was some crazy bait for all the people with the childhood friend theory.

The premise is so generic, the execution is too shallow, how did this manga pass the publishing criteria is beyond me

I hear you; this sounds like yet another 'girl stampedes into a (young) man's life and takes it over' manga, though I understand that's not necessarily where you're coming from. In any case, I won't be reading beyond this chapter.
