Oh god, this ability is TRULY WASTED ON SOMEONE LIKE THIS 
His mentality is just, ugh.
It can go 3 ways now.
1. With his mentality the way it is, he'll keep meeting women but won't commit or even try to pursue a relationship. (being a complete herb) It could go for a forced harem ending if the women around him reach a consensus and push this dumbass enough that he won't (more like can't) say no to their advances anymore.
2. He's completely wishy-washy with his relationships to that point that he pisses of the yandere and he gets gutted.
3. Everyone leaves him and he achieves the "forever alone" bland virgin ending.

Choices, choices. Kazuya living in a VN confirmed. The inverted colors are a little concerning though... what if instead of a typical galge romance he is living in a gory horror death game VN...? Surely that can't be it.
Unfortunately for him, there's no save system so no save scumming if he picked the wrong choice.
If he didn't have a counter to fill or a deadline to beat, normally he'd have already won with this and so picking Date would be a tantalizing choice. He admits to actually wanting to ask Akari to date, and she's got his favorite pair of big honkers that only Akane can rival. Right, he repeatedly ignores Haruka and Saki because he's a heretical nonbeliever of "medium is premium".
If he's serious about filling that counter, normally he'd have to reject her unless she's some cuckqueen into the idea of getting cheated on, or willing to have an "open relationship" which isn't for everybody and often doesn't end well. By his own admission he doesn't want to be a scummy cheating playboy.
There's a cop out "Put the decision on hold" option though, so of course he picks that like most invertebrate male leads do. But if we rephrase it, one can read it as the scummier "String her along without committing" since she'd have to wait for his choice and hope he says yes to dating, unless she's unaware that basically a forced confession-type event was happening here. Would be funny if picking that sets the flag for a bad end to punish him for indecision.
