Haha, this time skip is small compared to what Urasawa pulls in most of his series. Normally it's 10+ years!

It wouldnt be an urasawa story without a time skip at this point, at least this one is fairly nice and not immediately jumping head first into pure chaos and confusion like 20th CB and Billy Bat did
