i find this whole thing a bit confusing. the flow of events, and the significance of why the manga is going through all this is lost on me. i guess it's supposed to show that other people also care but how the story chose to go about this is weird.

Teenagers unfairly lashing out at their family when they're in a bad state of mind is pretty normal behavior. It's not like she wanted to hurt them, she was just freaking out and said what she thought would get them to leave her alone
