they weren't necessarily born that close to each other, since they don't do exact birthdays, so at best they we can know for sure they were born in the same half of the year.
but yeah, don't remember for sure in the manga, but the light novels did mention their respective pregnancies in separate scenes. don't think they made mention of the timing though
