It's written in the credits of the previous chapter: these are from Chinese raws, so the translator chose to stick to the Chinese version of the names. Questionable decision, for sure, but that's it.
if the native language isn't chinese then how could it be called a chinese raw
just use the correct names and deal with "what about new characters" if it happens instead of the other way around
