I think kronix knows very well what he wants to say just that his vocabulary is a bit lacking and hence he can hardly express his thoughts.
So my interpretation of kronix's words is this:

"Take note, all of you other manga authors! This is how it goes when people really repearedly have raw intercourse almost every day. The woman gets pregnant. Not like in those mangas where the MC does have raw intercourse again and again but no girl ever gets pregnant whatsoever. This MC here as such is better than all of those other MCs who seem to be infertile as they cannot get any girl pregnant at all."

When I said Mu was a Beta Male I didn't mean it as he couldn't get a girl Pregnant I meant it in the sense that he is a beta type the one who does whatever his wife says or others I don't know how that translates to he shooting blanks but that is something you can talk with others later,

To sum up what I mean: I agreed with kronix's "sex done right" statement to begin with just said that his Beta Male statement was kinda wrong.
