I don't think I really dislike any colours like that but what I really don't like is when there is one colour in a palette or something which does not go at all with any of the other colours like mold on food. Most colour combos are fine except for when one colour contextually feels off-putting. Orange-coloured drinks are fine but a room painted entirely with a dull shade of orange is kinda sickening. Blue food in Percy Jackson might sound cool but I don't think I'll take anything more than one bite if I got to eat them.

Not directly. Solarpunk currently is more near-future based than Dyson-sphere capable future.
By its nature, Solarpunk in its current form is not really applicable to space faring civilisations, as climate control tends to be advanced enough by then for sustainability to either be achieved or to become utterly moot out of sheer scale.
