Did this guy never learn the first law of thermodynamics? It is literally / mathematically impossible for a process to produce more energy than it uses. This experiment would be like saying "Yeah, I want to slow down light" (Violates Special Relativity) or "I want to hit something without creating a normal force." (Violates Newton's Third Law of Motion)

It's just kinda stupid. I think this Shiro might have dropped out of middle school. (Maybe that's why Korosensei wanted to be a teacher...)
